Successful Coaching only works on the basis of a mutual agreement. After a first discovery session, the Coachee as well as the Coach – decide if they want to work together. In this first session it is important to lay out the rules for this contract and to also establish a basis of trust. Absolute discretion and confidentiality about the session content is a given!
